Spring 2015.

This hybrid furniture combines a bookshelf, a bedside table, and a lamp into a singular glowing cube. It is made of 3/4" birch ply and 3/16" clear acrylic and its dimensions are 22" x 22" x 22".

The open corner allows for book storage either by stacking or shelving the books. The top shelf serves the purpose of more immediate nightstand storage (piles of books, a laptop, a glass of water). The frosted acrylic reveal lets out a diffuse glow from all sides and from each shelf.
